Cafe at Trinity Farm

Our Café

We have our Café open and serving handmade hot food Wednesday to Sunday 10am-4pm.
Monday and Tuesday we are still serving hot drinks and cakes.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available, kids and dogs are welcome. Our Chef Samuel keeps the menus varied and interesting using the best seasonal produce to create his menus.

Also available are a wide range of sweet and savoury treats in our display chiller, such as the seasonal fruit & almond tart or the ever-popular coffee chocolate brownie, and handmade chunky scones (toasted with butter if you wish) or cakes, banana bread, and flapjacks.

We always make the effort to have vegan and gluten free options – such as vegan four seed protein flapjacks or gluten free chocolate chestnut cookies.

Of course, alongside all these treats is a range of organic teas and single estate Organic freshly ground coffee and hot chocolate for the little ones.

All our food and drinks are available to Eat-in or Takeaway.

Not just a Café

Samuel also offers a constantly changing range of Sam-made ready meals, available from our shop. These offer the perfect solution to those busy weekdays - organic and delicious.

Keep an eye out in our shop for seasonal jams, pickles, preserves and chutneys, uses up gluts from our homegrown produce using traditional preserving methods to produce tasty long-lasting jars – they make the perfect gifts!

Sam’s- evening!

Last year we did an eight-course tasting menu with medieval and modernist techniques using forages ingredients and an Italian evening with freshly made ravioli. At the moment we are busy planning 3 more evenings, keep your eyes out!

About the Chef

Our Chef Samuel has an extensive background in fresh food fine dining, having trained for three years in classical French + Italian techniques with a specialisation in pastry work.

He went to work at a wide range of restaurants at a rosette level, staying until he had learnt the menu and then moving on somewhere new. He has a keen interest in growing, having practiced in his permaculture “Food Forest” garden at home, and is learning to grow and cook in accord with principles of biodynamics. Samuel recognises the importance of good food and believes in the energetic qualities of good quality organic food, prepared carefully and with love.
